Who we are. IGX Ltd is the data controller for PRIZERUN.
What we collect. Account details (name, email, date of birth), payment and withdrawal details processed by our payment provider, ticket and settlement history, and — for postal entrants — the details written on the postcard. We verify age and identity as required by law.
Why. To operate the draw, allocate horses, settle results, pay prizes, meet legal obligations (age verification, fraud prevention, accounting) and, with consent, to send service updates. Lawful bases: contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests.
Sharing. Payment processors, identity-verification providers and our hosting suppliers, under contract. We do not sell personal data.
Retention. Account and settlement records are kept for six years after account closure to meet accounting and legal requirements; postal entries are retained for twelve months after the relevant race.
Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, exercisable at privacy@prizerun.co.uk. You may complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Cookies. We use only strictly necessary cookies for login and balance display. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.
