1. The arrangement. PRIZERUN is a prize draw operated by IGX Ltd ("we"). Entrants are randomly allocated one horse from the declared field of a nominated horse race. The official result of that race is the mechanism by which winning entries are selected. Entrants make no prediction and no selection; nothing on this site constitutes betting, and no bets are accepted.
2. Eligibility. Open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over. We may require proof of age and identity before paying any prize.
3. Entry. Paid entry costs £5, purchased from account balance. At purchase the entrant selects a ticket shape of between one and five horses; the ticket then comprises that number of different randomly allocated horses, and the prize for each winning horse is £2.50 multiplied by the number of declared runners, divided by the number of horses on the ticket, as displayed before purchase. A ticket of k horses comprises k entries for the purposes of the entry limit in clause 4. We may issue promotional free entries (for example one free entry on account registration); promotional entries are identical to paid entries in odds, allocation and prize, and count toward the entry limit. Free entry by post is available for every race with identical odds, allocation and prizes — see the free entry route, which forms part of these terms.
4. Entry limit. A maximum of 5 entries per person per race applies, however entered. Paid and free entries count together toward the limit, which is enforced identically on both routes: by account on paid entries and by name, address and date of birth on postal entries. Entries beyond the limit are void; void paid entries are refunded. We may treat multiple identities at a single address as one person where the evidence supports it.
5. Allocation. Horses are allocated in randomly shuffled full-field rotation as described on the Fairness page. Allocation is final at purchase and cannot be exchanged, except for non-runners (clause 6).
6. Prizes. A ticket wins a fixed prize of £2.50 multiplied by the number of declared runners at the time of purchase, if the allocated horse is first past the post on the official result. Prizes are credited to account balance immediately upon official settlement and are withdrawable at any time from £5 with no conditions.
7. Night Draw. Each entry, whether or not its allocated horse wins, constitutes one entry into that day's Night Draw. At 9.30pm daily, one entry selected at random from all of the day's entries by the published commit-reveal procedure wins £250, credited to balance (postal winners paid directly). Entries void under clause 4 do not enter the Night Draw.
8. Non-runners. If the allocated horse becomes a non-runner, the entrant may choose a full refund or a fresh random allocation from the remaining field. If no choice is made before the off, the ticket is refunded.
9. Dead heats, amendments, abandonments. Dead-heating horses each pay the full prize. Settlement follows the official result including stewards' amendments made before the result is official. Abandoned or void races refund all tickets in full.
10. Accounts. One account per person. We may suspend accounts showing signs of fraud, multiple accounting or misuse, with balances returned save where fraud is established.
11. Limits and safer play. Deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion are available — see Play safe.
12. General. We may amend these terms prospectively with notice on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
